Youth Outreach Services
Youth Outreach Services is dedicated to caring for Chicago’s most vulnerable youth, inspiring positive development in their lives, families and communities. Founded in 1959, Youth Outreach Services has served more than 300,000 youth and families through a variety of child welfare, counseling, juvenile justice and prevention services, helping each overcome challenges such as abuse, neglect and homelessness. We believe all kids deserve to feel safe, healthy and ready to learn, and we are committed to providing the community-based support they need to overcome challenges and succeed!

Portage Park Neighborhood Association
The Portage Park Neighborhood Association (PPNA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We exist solely to promote the spirit and welfare of the Portage Park community.
Friends of Hiawatha Park
FOHP is a Not-for-Profit Advisory Council that works in partnership with the Hiawatha Park staff and advises them on the needs, desires and concerns of the community.
Friends of Portage Park
The purpose of the Portage Park Advisory Council (aka Friends of Portage Park) shall be to provide advice and assistance to the Chicago Park District and/or other agencies on matter relating to concerns and needs of the Portage Park Community and all users of Portage Park. Portage Park Advisory Council (PPAC) is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
